A girl is recovering following a serious crash west of Gayndah.
Emergency services were called to Deep Creek on Friday morning including the Bundaberg-based LifeFlight aeromedical crew.
Six patients were treated on scene, including two adults and four children.

A primary school-aged girl was treated by local QAS paramedics together with the LifeFlight critical care doctor and QAS flight paramedic for a broken collarbone and suspected upper arm fracture.
She was flown to Bundaberg Hospital for further treatment.
